About Performance Intelligence

Performance Intelligence, Inc. offers performance management applications for zOS and its subsystems.

The reporting systems built by Performance Intelligence feature business intelligence solutions and embedded best practices logic for system data gathered by SMF and ASG-TMONs. These solutions were developed and implemented to enable system managers and administrators to plan, monitor and optimize zOS performance and throughput.

All solutions are built using the performance reports warehouse and enable end-users to produce existing reports and author new reports easily and quickly without IT support. The performance reports warehouse includes many reports containing Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and KPI driven Analysis Processes that come ready to use out of the box. The KPIs Analysis Processes contain the knowledge of managing zOS performance and offer best practices to plan, monitor and optimize.

History

Founded in 2002, Performance Intelligence has the mission of supplying business intelligence solutions to plan, monitor and optimize zOS performance.

These solutions are built, monitored and upgraded by experts with dozens of years of expertise in mainframe infrastructures, database and business intelligence technologies. Together, this team created a unique performance-intelligence reporting platform: the performance reports warehouse.
